Account and billing information: When teachers sign up, we collect the information necessary to process membership payments and communicate about the program.
Submissions: Students and teachers may submit files (such as videos, images, or designs) to participate in contests.

Processing membership and payments.
Communicating with members about contests, updates, and prizes.
Distributing prizes to contest winners.
Featuring contest finalists in members-only pages.
With permission, showcasing selected student work on the Cantarama website or official social media accounts.

3. Sharing Student Work

By default, student submissions are only visible in the members-only area of the site.
Teachers and/or students will be asked for separate permission before any submission is shared on public pages or social media (e.g., Instagram, if we get one).
No identifying personal information (such as last names or contact details) will be posted alongside student work except for maybe their teacher's name

4. Data Protection

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.
We take reasonable steps to protect data from unauthorized access or misuse.
